Kitchen & Large Dining Area
Fully equipped kitchen with new quartz countertops. Extra cupboards to store your groceries and dishes to feed all your crew. Refrigerator with freezer, stove with oven & microwave. Basic cookware, plenty of pots & pans, blender/food processor, mixer, toaster, rice cooker, crock pots, serving & mixing bowls, baking sheets etc.
Island bar with seating for 5 & 3 various sized tables with seating for 16. High chair & booster seat available. Also, great area for playing games & puzzles (included inside the hutch!).
Family Room
Two large couches with TV, DVD player, all in relaxing common area with vaulted ceiling.
Main floor full bathroom with accessible shower just off the kitchen.
Backyard out the back door, just off Family Room & Dining area – Nice afternoon shaded area. Various lawn chairs are in far basement closet. Charcoal BBQ grills just outside the back door. Supply your own charcoal, etc. & please clean up after each use.

Loft area with large chairs to chat, relax or read. Writing desk for designated work space.
Bedroom #3 Sleeps 2.5
Queen bed with closet & small crib.
2 Full bathrooms across the hall from each other. Each has double sinks & private toilet/shower room.

One Queen bed and 2 sets of bunkbeds.

Basement
Family Room Can sleep 2-4
Another great space to spread out & enjoy yourselves. Hide-a-bed & futon (if used as beds, please use sheets and bedding in basement closet), kiddie corner with small kids table chairs (more toys under stairs closet). Have a rousing game of air hockey without disturbing others upstairs!
Guest Laundry Room
Washer & dryer for guest use. You can lock the door with chain up high to keep ‘the littles’ out if desired. Be aware of sump pump in the room that should NOT be disturbed.
Backyard Pavilion is Privately Owned
This pavilion is part of the original Hyrum Kimball Village but is now privately owned and has signs to NOT TRESPASS. It can be reserved hourly or by the day. It has gas grills and tables and chairs that can be rented for large groups. Please contact the Inn at Old Nauvoo to make arrangements, 800-416-4470.
